Shipping Policy – MONZZI
At MONZZI, we partner with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work with local couriers — allowing us to deliver directly to your door. We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping.
You will only be charged for the cost of your product(s). All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
Shipping Process
On average, we require up to 3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order to the shipping carrier. Some products may take longer, especially during major holidays (up to 16 days) or in cases of high demand and stock availability issues.
Please note: once your order has started processing in our shipping department, no changes can be made, including address changes. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
We only ship on business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates depending on the location of our manufacturing partners.
Tracking
All MONZZI orders are processed with a tracking number.
You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier.
Note: for some shipping companies, it may take a few days for tracking information to update.
If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no update, please contact us.
Deliveries
Shipping times vary by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed, but here are our estimated timeframes:

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, MONZZI is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as postal or customs processes, holidays, extreme weather, labor disputes, protests, etc.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
MONZZI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If the tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim directly with the carrier.
Note: We rely on carrier tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations when reviewing damage or return claims. Claims made without sufficient proof may not be honored.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct at checkout.
We start processing orders immediately, so we cannot make any changes after an order has been placed.
If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve or modify it.
