Our carafe keeps hot beverages for up to 24 hours thanks to the double layer borosilicate glass system that creates a vacuum between the walls. After 12 hours, the beverage will still be at the ideal temperature for consumption (above 60°C), and after 24 hours it will still be warm (around 40°C). The time may vary depending on the ambient temperature and the initial temperature of the beverage. For maximum efficiency, we recommend pre-heating the carafe with hot water before adding the desired beverage.

We do not recommend using the dishwasher to preserve the integrity of the materials and prolong the product's lifespan. The borosilicate glass and sealing system can be damaged by the high temperatures and harsh detergents of the dishwasher. Manual cleaning is simple and efficient: use warm water with mild detergent and a soft brush to reach all areas. The stainless steel interior makes cleaning very easy, not retaining odors or stains. For deep cleaning, you can use baking soda with warm water.

Yes! The handle is made of natural wood treated with protective varnish that ensures durability and resistance to moisture. The wood offers several advantages: it does not conduct heat (always remains at room temperature), provides a natural non-slip grip, is comfortable even during prolonged transport, and adds an elegant touch to the design. To keep the handle in perfect condition, avoid submerging it in water for long periods and dry it well after cleaning. Occasionally, you can apply wood oil to maintain its shine and natural protection.

The design was made for daily use with maximum resistance. The PP (polypropylene) exterior offers excellent protection against impacts, shielding the inner glass from external shocks. Borosilicate glass is known for its high thermal and mechanical resistance, being much more durable than regular glass. Although it is a durable product, we recommend normal care in handling, avoiding drops on very hard surfaces like concrete or stone.
